A common room on the 12th floor includes a kitchen, dining area, lounge and wine bar, and features sweeping views of downtown and the West Hills.
The party's on the roof!
The roof deck extends the entire length of the building. Aside from spectacular views across the cityscape to the mountains in all directions, it features a hammock garden, sun decks, a pool, outdoor dining and grill, and a fire pit.

How to be a good neighbor
The project will reduce water use through efficient landscape irrigation and low-flow fixtures. It is also the area’s first smart-home community featuring smart thermostats. Other sustainable design features include low-VOC materials, electric vehicle charging stations, and EnergyStar® appliances. The project is targeting LEED Silver.
